Gesetzespublizität im Zeitalter der Vernetzung

Tobias Mast has published the article "Gesetzespublizität im Zeitalter der Vernetzung" [Publicity of Laws in the Age of Networking] in No. 1/2022 of the Zeitschrift für Gesetzgebung (ZG).

The article looks at the plans on the federal level to create a uniform legal information portal and to centralise laws on this portal. It examines the constitutional anchoring of the accessibility of legal norms, elaborates the current reception requirements of those seeking justice and, based on this, it submits a legal policy proposal for a portal oriented towards modern database and search engine logics.
