Eva Luise Knor joined the Leibniz Institute for Media Research | Hans-Bredow-Institut (HBI) in June 2023 as a junior researcher in
Research Programme 1 "Transformation of Public Communication - Journalistic and Intermediary Functions in the Process of Opinion Formation".
Her research interests include political communication in social media and its impact on society, as well as the influence of technologies such as artificial intelligence on the public opinion formation process.
Eva Luise Knor studied political science at the Otto Suhr Institute of Free University Berlin. In her master's thesis as part of the political communication programme at the University of Amsterdam, she investigated the effect of warning labels on the perception and credibility of digital content generated by artificial intelligence.
