About the Workshop
Who decides what we are allowed to say online? Who regulates the algorithms that influence the perception of online content? Should users (and non-users, i.e. society as a whole), in addition to platforms, be able to influence the rules and practices of the big platforms? This is the idea behind platform councils: Expert bodies or quasi-parliaments in which citizens discuss the rules of online communication. We want to try this out with concrete examples.

Further information on the workshop is available here.
