This anthology clears up misconceptions about the Internet and summarises what we really know about the online world. The editors Matthias C. Kettemann and Stephan Dreyer have embarked on a search for the 50 most common Internet myths and asked Internet experts from America, Africa, Asia and Europe to disprove these myths in a concise form.
The book was published in English and German. Abstracts are also available in all UN languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish). The project was supported by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy
