Reconceptualising Early Childhood Literacies

How digital technologies can influence early childhood development is the topic of the international conference in Manchester. For two days, researchers will present creative approaches to the educational and developmental psychological challenges of our time in the form of lectures and discussions. The Leibniz Institute for Media Research | Hans-Bredow-Institut will be present at this event with two contributions.
  • "(Deep) Mediatized Family Life: The Role of Media in Parent-Child Interaction", lecture by Dr. Claudia Lampert, Marcel Rechlitz, Rudolf Kammerl and Jane Müller
  • "The Media Representations of IoToys - Implications for Public Understanding and Children's Rights", lecture by Tijana Milosevic, Claudia Lampert and Christine Trueltzsch-Wijnen
