MTM Extra

Dr. Matthias Kettemann is part of the panel "Meinungsmächtige Intermediäre [Opinion Power Intermediaries]" at MTM Extra. He is contributing a lecture that focuses on the following questions: Are intermediaries such as Facebook, Twitter or Snapchat a danger to the diversity of opinions? Does the regulation of intermediaries imply a restriction of freedom of expression? Is more transparency able to protect against manipulation? MTM Extra is an event prior to the conference Medientage Mitteldeutschland 2019, which will take place in Leipzig from 21 to 22 May 2019.
