Courts as Law-Makers for the Internet?

Courts as Law-Makers for the Internet? Limits and Potentials of Norm Entrepreneurship
This workshop with Róberto Spanó, Vice-President of the European Court of Human Rights, marks the start of a five-part series on "Network Courts and Court Networks - Courts as Agents of Internet Governance in Times of Automated Decision-Making."
 
The workshop series, to which top-class experts from justice and jurisprudence are invited, deals with the role of judges, legal actors and quasi-legal institutions as regulators of digital communication spaces.
 
The workshop with Róberto Spanó runs deals with the topic "Courts as Law-Makers for the Internet? Limits and Potentials of Norm Entrepreneurship." After the workshop, to which only invited guests are admitted, he will give a public lecture.
