This workshop with Róberto Spanó, Vice-President of the European Court of Human Rights, marks the start of a five-part series on "Network Courts and Court Networks - Courts as Agents of Internet Governance in Times of Automated Decision-Making."
The workshop series, to which top-class experts from justice and jurisprudence are invited, deals with the role of judges, legal actors and quasi-legal institutions as regulators of digital communication spaces.
