Prof. Dr. Wiebke Loosen and Julius Reimer from the Hans-Bredow-Institut will also be at this international conference. They will give a lecture on "Co-creating a new local public sphere: on the potential of action research for re-vitalizing public communication in a city's centre and its peripheries." The lecture is based on findings of the project “Tinder the City”. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and aims at the development of an innovative news and information app for the city of Bremen.
